  Forcible-feeble \For"ci*ble-fee`ble\, a. [From Feeble, a
     character in the Second Part of Shakespeare's "King Henry
     IV.," to whom Falstaff derisively applies the epithet
     "forcible."]
     Seemingly vigorous, but really weak or insipid.
