  V.32bis
       
          V.32 twice.  An extension of the {ITU-T} {V.32} {modem}
          {protocol} allowing speeds of 7200, 12000 and 14400 bits per
          second.  The {modem} should select the appropriate speed
          according to the current line conditions.
