  pachyderma \pachyderma\ (p[a^]k"[i^]*d[~e]r"m[.a]), n. (Med.)
     An abnormal thickening of the skin (usually unilateral on an
     extremity) caused by congenital enlargement of lymph vessel
     and lymph vessel obstruction.
  
     Syn: pachydermatosis, pachydermia, nevoid elephantiasis.
