  Klipspringer \Klip"spring`er\, n. [D., lit., cliff springer.]
     (Zool.)
     A small, graceful South African antelope ({Nanotragus
     oreotragus}), which, like the chamois, springs from one crag
     to another with great agility; -- called also {kainsi}.
