           An extensible, interpretated language by Tim Long
          with {syntax} similar to {C}.  ICI adds high-level
          garbage-collected {associative} data structures, {exception}
          handling, sets, {regular expressions}, and {dynamic arrays}.

          common needs such as I/O, simple {databases}, character based
