  dolma \dolma\ n.; pl. {dolmas} or {dolmades}. (Cookery)
     a dish composed of well-seasoned rice (with nuts or currants
     of minced lamb) simmered or braised in stock, stuffed into
     tomatoes or green peppers, or wrapped in grape leaves; --
     popular in the near east.
