  cardiogram \car"di*o*gram`\, n. [Gr. kardi`a heart + -gram.]
     (Physiol.)
     Any instrumental record made of heart activity, especially
     the curve or tracing made by a cardiograph. Sometimes used
     synonymously with {electrocardiogram}.
