  Zymome \Zy"mome\, n. [Gr. ? a fermented mixture.] (Old Chem.)
     A glutinous substance, insoluble in alcohol, resembling
     legumin; -- now called {vegetable fibrin}, {vegetable
     albumin}, or {gluten casein}.
