[Written also {warrandise}.] --Craig. [1913 Webster] From Bouvier's Law Dictionary, Revised 6th Ed (1856) [bouvier]: WARRANDICE, Scotch law. A clause in a charter of heritable rights by which the grantor obliges himself, that the right conveyed shall be effectual to the receiver. It is either personal or real. A warranty. Ersk. Pr.
