  Turbary \Tur"ba*ry\, n.; pl. {Turbaries}. [LL. turbaria a place
     for digging peat, from turba peat. See {Turf}.] (Eng. Law)
     A right of digging turf on another man's land; also, the
     ground where turf is dug.
