  Saiga \Sai"ga\, n. [Russ. saika.] (Zool.)
     An antelope ({Saiga Tartarica}) native of the plains of
     Siberia and Eastern Russia. The male has erect annulated
     horns, and tufts of long hair beneath the eyes and ears.
