  Quittor \Quit"tor\ (kw[i^]t"t[~e]r), n. [Perhaps for quitture.]
     (Far.)
     A chronic abscess, or fistula of the coronet, in a horse's
     foot, resulting from inflammation of the tissues investing
     the coffin bone.
