  Quinhydrone \Quin*hy"drone\, n. [Quinone + hydroquinone.]
     (Chem.)
     A green crystalline substance formed by the union of quinone
     with hydroquinone, or as an intermediate product in the
     oxidation of hydroquinone or the reduction of quinone.
