  Pygmy \Pyg"my\, n.; pl. {Pygmies}. [L. pygmaeus, Gr. ?, fr. ?
     the fist, a measure of length, the distance from the elbow to
     the knuckles, about 131 inches. Cf. {Pugnacious}, {Fist}.]

        war with the cranes, and were destroyed.
