  Paraglobulin \Par`a*glob"u*lin\
     (p[a^]r`[.a]*gl[o^]b"[-u]*l[i^]n), n. [Pref. para- +
     globulin.] (Physiol. Chem.)
     A protein in blood serum, belonging to the group of
     globulins. See {Fibrinoplastin}.
