  Palilogy \Pa*lil"o*gy\, n. [L. palilogia, Gr. palillogi`a;
     pa`lin again + le`gein to speak.] (Rhet.)
     The repetition of a word, or part of a sentence, for the sake
     of greater emphasis; as, "The living, the living, he shall
     praise thee." --Is. xxxviii. 19.
