  Omnivora \Om*niv"o*ra\, n. pl. [NL. See {Omnivorous}.] (Zool.)
     A group of ungulate mammals including the hog and the
     hippopotamus. The term is also sometimes applied to the
     bears, and to certain passerine birds.
