     {idrosis}.] [NL., fr. Gr. ? to sweat, ? sweat.]
     1. (Physiol.) Excretion of sweat; perspiration.

     2. (Med.) Excessive perspiration; also, any skin disease


        characterized by abnormal perspiration.
