  Eutychian \Eu*tych"i*an\, n. (Eccl. Hist.)
     A follower of Eutyches [5th century], who held that the
     divine and the human in the person of Christ were blended
     together as to constitute but one nature; a monophysite; --
     opposed to {Nestorian}.
