  Delphin \Del"phin\, Delphine \Del"phine\, a. [See {Dauphin}.]
     Pertaining to the dauphin of France; as, the Delphin
     classics, an edition of the Latin classics, prepared in the
     reign of Louis XIV., for the use of the dauphin (in usum
     Delphini).
