  Deforciant \De*for"ciant\, n. [OF. deforciant, p. pr. of
     deforcier. See {Deforce}.] (Eng. Law)
     (a) One who keeps out of possession the rightful owner of an
         estate.
     (b) One against whom a fictitious action of fine was brought.
