  Decacerata \De*cac`e*ra"ta\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. de`ka ten +
     ke`ras a horn.] (Zool.)
     The division of Cephalopoda which includes the squids,
     cuttlefishes, and others having ten arms or tentacles; --
     called also {Decapoda}. [Written also {Decacera}.] See
