     pl. {Curiosities} (-t[i^]z). [OE. curiouste, curiosite, OF.
     curioset['e], curiosit['e], F. curiosit['e], fr. L.
     curiositas, fr. curiosus. See {Curious}, and cf. {Curio}.]
     1. The state or quality or being curious; nicety; accuracy;
