     n. [Named after D. Cobo, a Spanish botanist.]
     A genus of climbing plants, native of Mexico and South
     America. {Cobaea scandens} (called {cup-and-saucer vine},
     {monastery bells}, or {Mexican ivy}) is a conservatory
     climber with large bell-shaped flowers.
