     (p. p. of cire, ciere, to move) + gradi to walk. See {Cite}.]
     (Zool.)
     A suborder of Arachnoidea, including the European tarantula
     and the wolf spiders ({Lycosidae}) and their allies, which
     capture their prey by rapidly running and jumping. See {Wolf
