     (-r[=o]z"); p. pr. & vb. n. {Arising}; p. p. {Arisen}
     (-r[i^]z"'n).]. [AS. [=a]r[imac]san; [=a] (equiv. to Goth.
     us-, ur-, G. er-, orig. meaning out) + r[imac]san to rise;
